Sunday meditation class

Meditation class is being run every Sunday at 7 P.M. GMT.

In every session a different theme is being explored that is relevant to the particular astrological or energetic tone of the times. We will look at and explore our own spiritual and physical energy through these times.

Come and join me if you want to learn to meditate, want to practice your psychic tools, to just relax and connect with your energy. This is the space for you. The space to recharge, to revitalize and to just be . . . There are no expectations of you here. Just come as you are and have fun!

The length of class is about 1 hour. It is necessary to be on time.
