Sunday meditation teleseminar

Meditation class is being run every Sunday at 6 P.M. GMT.

In every session a different theme is being explored that is relevant to the particular astrological or energetic tone of the times. We will look at and explore our own spiritual and physical energy through these times.

Come and join me if you want to learn to meditate, want to practice your psychic tools, to just relax and connect with your energy. This is the space for you. The space to recharge, to revitalize and to just be . . . There are no exepectations of you here. Just come as you are and have fun!

The length of class is about 1 hour. It is necessary to be on time.

HOW

This is a phone class. You may phone in using your landline, mobile or Skype. Just send your payment (click on the link to pay) and email me at janno@helloessencejoy.com to let me know you are interested. When the payment has been received, you will be sent the registration link. Once you register, the call-in number and pin code is sent to you via email.
